The SYS-AUTOTAPER is the new revolutionary automatic mounting tape dispenser. With SYS-AUTOTAPER the operator can easily set the number of lanes for the mounting tape and their position on the sleeve. The sticky-back taping will be completely controlled by the machine, It will apply the mounting tape on the sleeve, apply pressure with a nip-roll in order to obtain a smooth taping, and fi nally it will cut the sticky-back for a perfect joint of the sides, without overlapping or voids.

SYS-AUTOTAPER is offered as an off-line machine, not integrated in the mounter (available as option for the mounter). Increased production can be obtained the off-line machine. A single operator can prepare all the sleeves for the next job while another operator works on the mounter, to have them ready for the next job.
