How to activate the customer service
Here is the support procedure:
1Open the ticket
Send an email with the s/n of your machine and a detailed description of your problem to the email address support@systecflexo.com
2Wait for our instructions
Our Customer Service team will send you the information to solve the problem. Please follow them.
3Service center App
If a remote connection is required, you can use the remote connection app on the machine
(click here to install it, if not yet installed on the PC)
Send us an email
For any request for support, please send us an email to the address support@systecflexo.com.
It will be automatically opened the service ticket and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

Download the App for "Remote connection"
To allow remote access to your system, please download our SYSTEC QuickSupport app on your machine/system (if this app isn't yet installed).
After the download, unzip the file and then communicate to the technician the ID of the session.
