PLATE WASHER has been designed in a revolutionary way. Thanks to its speed (1 meter / 1.5- 2min) it is now the fastest machine on the market for cliche cleaning.
The exceptional cleaning quality that distinguishes the new machine is the result of the combination of two technologies: rotating brushes and traditional horizontal brushes with alternating motion.
Other improvements have been made thinking to the end users, who will certainly find more convenient the operating of the machine, like the filters and the detergent collecting tanks were placed so as to be practical and functional.
The normal maintenance is made more simple, all components are designed to be easily disassembled.
Through the use of special rolls, fully motorized, made of soft material self-adaptive, the operator can enter clichés also with different thicknesses, without having to adjust constantly the pressure of the rollers.
Operating cycle:
1. Cleaning: with water or not flammable detergent.
2. Squeezing: in order to prevent that washing product mixes with the rinsing water, the machine automatically squeezes the polymer.
3. Rinsing with water to avoid the drying up of the plate as to maintain its natural elasticity
4. Squeezing and sponging: before drying the plate with hot air it comes squeezed on both sides and passed under a "sponge roll up" in order to facilitated the drying cycle thus ensuring the complete drying.
5. Drying: at the end of the cycle, the machine automatically dries the polymer and deposits it into a dedicated basket ready to be reused or stored.
