The Narrow Web plate mounter is available in three mechanical configurations, considering the printing rolls of the customer:
- with a sliding cone, for shaftless cylinders
- with ball bearings, for shafted rolls
- with air mandrel, for sleeves only
A FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION
A wide choice of options available: upgradable as you like
Table-top plates mounting workstation for labels and narrow web cylinder/sleeves, can be updated with:
- Additional cameras
- Nip-roller
- Motor for mandrel rotation
- Encoder on cameras and on mandrel
- Touch-screen monitor
Available mechanical configurations:
NARROW MOUNTER FOR SLEEVES
with Air mandrel
Equipped with the air mandrel in cantilever position, for an easy sleeves change-over
NARROW MOUNTER FOR SHAFTLESS CYLINDERS
with Cone locking
Equipped with sliding cone, for shaftless cylinders
(eg Gallus, Arsoma, Mark Andy)
NARROW MOUNTER FOR SHAFTED CYLINDERS
with Bearings
Equipped with ball bearings and supports for shafted rolls (eg Gidue, Bobst, Lombardi)
This machine can also work as "UNIVERSAL" plate mounter for working with shafted cylinders and shaftless ones, using a shaft inside the inner bearing.
