A COMPLETE CONFIGURATION FOR OUR ENTRY LEVEL PLATE MOUNTER
Designed for high precision jobs
The new STAR-VP comes with a top-level configuration, with:
- Cantilever opening of the air mandrel, for an easy sleeves change-over
- 2 hi.res. digital cameras, suitable to mount even the smallest microdots
- Touch-screen monitor
- Motorized cameras, with stepper motors
- Motorized mandrel rotation, with pedal command
- Single mounting table, in back position
- The new PHOTOSPLIT SOFTWARE for Windows 10, with the amazing function "MOUNTING ASSISTANT"

Motorized positioning of cameras and mandrel.
STAR-VP is a FULLY MOTORIZED plate mounter:
- the cameras are motorized with precise stepper motors on a linear rack
- the mandrel is motorized with a mechanical gearbox and automatic return to ZERO.
NEW "TOUCHLESS" SLIDING SYSTEM FOR CAMERAS
A real innovation that makes life easier
With the new TOUCHLESS SLIDING system (patent pending) it is possible to move the cameras simply putting a hand in front of them: the cameras will follow it.

A LARGE CHOICE OF OPTIONS
Upgradable as you like
In order to offer the most flexible machine, it’s possible to upgrade the machine with several options:
- Additional cameras
- Double-sided mounting table
- Pressure roller with "notched-engraved" surface (see the video here)
- Table for tape cutting
- Dispenser for double-sided mounting tape
- Automatic positioning of the mandrel in the height, according to the repeat of the sleeve
