CUSTOMIZED MECHANICAL STRUCTURE
The support of the cylinders can be defined by the customer
Our narrow web plate mounters are available in three mechanical configuration, considering the printing rolls of the customer:
- with sliding cone, for shaftless cylinders
- with ball bearings, for shafted iron rolls,
- with air mandrel, for sleeves only
A LARGE CHOICE OF OPTIONS
Upgradable as you like
Table-top plates mounting workstation for labels and narrow web cylinder/sleeves, it can be updated with:
- Additional cameras
- Nip-roller
- Motor for mandrel rotation
- An encoder on cameras and mandrel
- Touch-screen monitor
